I came across this site on Facebook.
They had displayed wardrobe organizers (made from cloth) on an offer of buy 6 get 6 free at Rs.999/-, which I ordered on COD basis.
The product displayed looked like it was made with good quality fabric and had a zipper – openable clear plastic window.
What I received was half the quantity of my order, moreover the product was made of very poor quality fabric which is used to make grocery shopping bags. It is half the size of what they had shown and the plastic window is sealed.
Further they have not replied to my messages of complaint stating that I would like to return the product and get a refund.
When I tried to log in to my account with them I received a message that no account with that email Id exists. Now for the past two days when I try to their page I see a notification “This store is unavailable”.
This is the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had.
