I took iphone 10 month back. Recently I was travelling to udaipur and kept the phone in my handbag.
I need to book a cab hence I pull that phone from my bag it was so hetaed up that I cannot hold it in hand and i wrap it in a cloth and put inside the bag again
I again checked it after few min it was in same status after half hour it got switched off and i was not bale to switch on
Next day i reach iphone center on 10th they denied to accept the phone stating it’s not registered
Then i tried other ways out i called to call center, spoken to manager visited center for contineous 3 days they took that phone on 12th April and said we will send it to banglore and will check you will get the update on your mail i d
After 12th i have not received any mail when I called them on 17th they said there is no update about your phone will update you till tomorrow next day i called them and then they informed that my phone is decliend due to some some tampering
I have not received any mail for the same and with the job sheet mail i tried to access the status of my phone which states it’s under reparing and later device repiar completed
I have spend more than 1 lac on this phone and now just bcoz apple don’t want to consider they are creating some issue around it like tampering
No body had updated me anything i have not received any mail and msg for my phone
I guess they have changed the parts and now putting blame on me being cuatomer
Very bad very pathetic
Their behaviour and intention is clearly visible from day 1 and now they raise their hand stating we cannot do anything
Stop cheating customers
