I booked a flight ticket from travolook.in while paying zero cancellation charges. The ticket was wort 2540 Rs with additional 300 Rs for zero cancellation with a reflected refund amount of 2540 Rs if cancelled before 24 hours of departure.
Unfortunately I hada to cancel the ticket the same day and to my utter shock the website agent informed me that I will not be getting any refund because the flight was non-refundable and the cancellation charges were just for the website where they won’t charge me any additional fee for cancelling.
This is preposterous and highly unprofessional of them to mislead and misrepresent on their website and then refuse to issue any refund on cancellation within mere 3 hours of booking the flight!!
I had a horrid time dealing with the highly ill trained agents who refused to even connect me to a manager to raise my concern while repeatedly disconnecting my calls in the middle of the conversation.
DO NOT GO FOR THIS FRAUD SITE AT ALL.
