On 15/10/2023, I placed an order for 2 cargo pants for a total of Rs. 900 from an Instagram seller with the username Faction Hut. The seller’s phone number was +91 9643502111.
On 21/10/2023, I received the package. However, the contents of the package were not the items I ordered. Instead, I received a used product that was not worth Rs. 900. The package also contained more than 5 people’s bills with their names on them.
I have attempted to contact the seller through Instagram and by phone, but I have been unable to reach them. The Instagram page is no longer accessible, and the phone number is not in service.
I believe that I have been the victim of fraud. The seller has taken my money and sent me a worthless product. I am requesting that the Consumer Helpline investigate this matter and help me to obtain a refund.
