Respected Consumer Court,
I purchased a dining table and chairs from Flipkart in Oct’23 with complete Furniture protection plan. Now one of the chair has developed crack and I am not getting any help from Flipkart.
Also, I was fraudulently sold a furniture protection plan which does not protect from anything. I would seek compensation for this deception and fraud.
