I had taken a loan from Jinesh Finance on 19th of June 2023 the term of the loan were for 7 days and the due date was on 25th of June 2023 … I had repaid on 24th June 2023 however I had received blackmail and threat calls from unknown numbers mostly Internet numbers which could not be traced or tracked … Additionally they had also morphed my face and sent nude pics of me to my phone and my friends phone ( I had given my friends number for reference unknowingly while joining) … This shocking and too disturbing …
Now without me applying they are processing another 2 loans for 7 days term … Now I am in a big soup … I am very worried and don’t know wat to do … I have not applied for the loans at all and it’s automatically they are processing … Don’t know how to stop and I urgently want a legal help
