Text of Complaint by Priyanka Jain:

I placed the order at non member pricing, making a total of 330.75, but when the order was delivered next morning, I was charged 665.53 for same order. Money is deducted directly from their oen app wallet so there’s nothing I can do. They show wrong pricing and false discounts to get orders and then charged you highly after delivery. They cheat the customers. Also there is no option to get the money remaining in my wallet back to my source account. I am attaching the screenshot of final order pricing, but I also have a screenshot of pricing at which I placed the order.

  1. Have the same complaint.

    1) Non transperent pricing : Misleading amount shown with discount. Where as we need to purchase discount again. Ending up paying more.

    2) Non transperent weights : Similar issue with quantity as well, where only 450 ml is filled in packet. Which makes calculation more complex for general public.

    3) Claim that milk will be delivered in hours after procuring. Need to also publish from which area dairy farm/collection center packet is being delivered.
