I ordered dry fruits online from Oxone (www.oxone.myshopline.com) on 12 August 2023.
Please see the order confirmation received on email, incorrect status displayed on their site and payment confirmation from GPay.
The payment link from their site pointed to Rathod Bhaveshkumar Manubhai, his pos id is in the attached screenshot.
I shared the details of the same with them through email, but the same did not get reconciled.
In fact, they shut the site down after couple of days, possibly after the payments got credited to them through the payment gateways. Please see the attached screenshot stating this shop is closed.
The only contact details (no phone numbers were there) that was there on their site was storeoxone1@gmail.com. There is no response to the emails sent to this id.
Obviously, I did not receive the dry fruits ordered as this whole thing was a fraud.
Oxone dry fruits is a fake company and they fleeced people running some attractive offer online for a brief period and then closed their site.
Strict action should be taken against them and Rathod Bhaveshkumar Manubhai.
