I have purchased 2 jodi Nike shoes under order no. SO201122094 and SO201122485. I have sent multiple requests on mail, social media , National Consumer, app to return as per their policy. But they are just ignoring the same.
I felt cheated that I have been given substandard shoes, and now return is not being done.
If Club Factory think about goodwill, brand value, customers, pls walk the talk and take the goods back which is in packed box as was delivered.
I think it’s a fraudulent business model, they show pics with discounts but goods of substandard quality is being delivered without any recourse to refund.
