For last few months reliance jio has started cheating customers and calling customer complaint number is not having any result. I have a postpaid connection and another member of my family has a prepaid connection of Jio. For both the numbers jio is suddenly showing huge data usage without such usage thereby causing data to be consumed totally. I have checked both the phones and the data usage (which is tracked by all smart phones) show few 100 MBs where as Jio shows the Usage in GBs. Frustrated with this I called their customer service and they are not taking any action. I wanted to stop the autopay of my potpaid bill which I had enabled on their site. But, they are not allowing that also saying they don’t have that facility till now. That must be violation of consumer rights.
Please look into this matter and take action. Being such a huge company they shouldn’t take advantage of their position and not care about customer and start to cheat them.
