This company CHAIRIDSPL has fraudulently acquired a Personal Loan of 65000 rupees in my name and it is showing in my CIBIL Report because of which I am facing problems. I have made no such enquiry or availed this Personal Loan
This account was opened on date 26/9/2020. Sanctioned amount was 65000 and now it is showing outstanding of 80,008, I do not owe this money as I have not taken this loan.
Kindly help resolving this matter or please guide as to where I should lodge a complaint.
