Text of Complaint by Anand Sinha:

I have taken a loan of 11,000 in 2017 from an app named Quicklo. All the payments (interest + principal amount) was duly made. I was not aware that my payments were not updated to the CIBIL branch until one of my personal loan was rejected just because of my low CIBIL score. There is a proven track record of my timely payments, however, this unprofessionalism on part of the company has impacted my CIBIL score severely.
At present, there is still showing an overdue amount. I have also tried contacting the company but there is no communication and the CIBIL department has asked me to sort it out with the company to update my CIBIL Score.
Kindly, let me know the procedure to get rid of this issue.
