Hi,
I had ordered a RGB gaming chair on the 1st of August 2020 from www.dopeproducts.in . I paid Rs.2799/- for it and I got an email confirming my order for the same. It has been more than 2 weeks now and the website has been taken down and is unreachable. I had sent them 4 emails over the past 2 weeks and all of them have gone unanswered. On a visit to the site a week ago I noticed that they were changing the name of their company. I fail to recollect what it is, now. Long story short the site is unreachable and there is no way of contacting them. Their helpline number does not exist and the customer support email team does not respond either.
Please look into this matter and help me get my money back.
