Text of Complaint by Poornima:

I have ordered few products through cyzaar website and payment done through my UPI.

So far, I didn’t receive any purchase payment receipt confirmation either to my mail id nor mobile number. the items also not yet received. I also couldn’t track the order now. I tried reaching merchant help support mail id and the contact number. All are barred now.
