I have ordered a car spare part from online portal – Essay mall and since the day of my order i didn’t get any updates rather than my payment confirmation. I have cross checked with multiple forums and this is not the first time with this online platform, they deduct the money for our order and the item is not being delivered even after the month. The customer care number provided is always on switched off and there is no response for the mails too. It’s totally a scam website looting people money in mode of e-commerce. I can attach my order details for confirmation.
