Respected Sir,
Am Raju have been using tata sky dish (Subscriber Id- 1099293878) for past 10 years ,this month 14th we recharged for that pack and we connected another set up box on 17th march with same Id (Multiconnection) , for our another room itself. After installation I have paid the installation technician an amount of 1200 for buying that product.
   In that pack they informed that one month recharge is free  . But finally I received a sms stating that the validity will be upto 1st april. Then we called back the customer call and investigating about that, finally he said there is no such scheme like that , we have to recharge monthly an amount RS.639 , but today (19.03.2020) I received sms stating that the tata sky pack has been deactivated and must recharge an amount of RS. 1756.
    Once again we called back the customer call number, he informed that he will take it to the complaint Dept.
   Finally i need a solution for this issue. Whether refund the amount what we paid for this Multiconnection set top box. Or else kindly provide me another tata sky dish (umbrella) with another new id. Or else dismantle  tata sky Multiconnection dish from us.
    So that I feel very bad and depressed.and no proper information from tatasky.
     I need Justice for this issue..
