This is regret to inform about the fraudulent of MobiKwik wallet Add money , while Adding money on the wallets abnormal charges deducted from the account, like I tried to add money Rs. 65,000 including Conv. Fees deduction of Rs. 66,202 from a credit card which was made it by mistakenly. Immediately I am trying to contact MobiKwik person not able to contact, however I sent mail to help desk no response. Finalky I tried to reverse the amount of the same to my credit account which was deducted from account again but, by taken reversalcharge amount like Rs. 31,044 deduction of wallets and restore my credit card account Rs. 30, 000. This is indigestion do not accepting Con. a fee of Rs. 2,246 deductions as a charges even using wallets money. As a middle-class family in covid19 circumstances, is not unacceptable such a huge amount as a con. fees. Due to the MobiKwik app. facing a lot of wounding personally the overcharges and deducted the amount as fraudulent. This is not a good way to run a business in India. I am humble request to take action against the MobiKwik app.
