Subject: Complaint Regarding Airtel WiFi Shifting
Dear sir/madam,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the recent experience I had with the shifting of my Airtel WiFi connection. I have been a loyal Airtel customer for 4 years, and I have always appreciated the quality of your services. However, the recent episode has left me disappointed.
No proper response from customer support and they are trying cancel my existing and to apply for new one, it seems there is line problem in control box but they are manipulating and giving fake service issues to get a new wifi, so I’m frustrated of this I couldn’t even cancel my wifi because of unresolved ticket opened in airtel app i have raised the shifting request on 18-09-2021 still no one responding problem unnecessarily I should pay the upcoming bill and shifting charges and i closed all my previous bills still it’s not resolved, so kindly do the needful for this issue.
