I had booked 5nights, 6days package for Maldives for couple through UNIVERSAL TRAVELS company & the main person with whom I interacted & gave the money through net banking & gpay his name is KAPIL Gupta. Initially he told & showed all Rossy things about the package & company. Just before the last day of my travel to Maldives he said resort is not accepting the booking & so he’ll refund back my complete money of Rs.2,26,000.
It’s been more than 4 months he hasn’t refunded my money, everytime I call or message him that shameless fellow keeps on giving false promises I’ll refund the money this week that week this day next day, all rubbish.
Through Google reviews & other stuff I came to know that he is a fraudster, he has done this things with so many people.
They are a team of people Shashank, Kapil, Sanjeev Shukla, Rumki Mukherjee, Vishu, Saransh & bunch of others.
I have all the proofs of my transaction, his messages & call recordings, his email confirmation that he’ll refund back the money since resort cancelled the booking all thee required details.

This Person Has totally Lost His Mind . He Has paid The Amount At The Last Moment As He Is Asking For A Full refund That Is Not What We can Give We Have Clearly Told That 70,000 Will Be Charged As A Cancellation Which He Has Has Denied . It Is Clearly told That Before 21 days Of travel He Has To Submit The Whole Amount . And he Has Made All The Excuses And Has Paid The Amount 7 days Before His Travel . . Even As Part Of The Travel Company Are We Not Allowed To Charge him Any Cancellation ??
We Even Told Him to get a Credit Note Which He Denied .
If He Is Not ready In Any Cases We Are Unable To Give Him A Full Refund In This Case .
