I have been receiving malicious loan recovery messages from different numbers in Whatsapp snce last week, asking for repayment of money which I have not taken. I have reported and vlocked those numbers but it does not seem to be effectively as I still receive those messages from new numbers. These messages come from different numbers and are not available when I tried to contact them. Crazycash loan is not available in Playstore and the origin seems to be Nigeria. Their contact email ID is info@chipapk.com.
These messages are seriously affecting my mental health. This is sheer harassment. Threatening messages are not only against RBI guidelines but are also criminal offense under IPC. Kindly take appropriate action. I have attached a screenshot of one such message.
