I am Suman Kalyan Maiti,Member I’d 100189 in Karma India Holidays by Shooting Star e services pvt Ltd.I have purchased a plan worth Rs 78000/- in October 2022 via credit card on 21.10.22 in Darjeeling,west bengal for Holiday tour.But before few days,Mr Ajay from shooting Star e services pvt ltd,working on behalf of Karma said that there might be some Gateway problem,So as a discount I have to send 70000/- to Karma holidays & they instantly reverse the previous transaction.A mail id also shared from Karma in this regard.So I have sent Rs 70000/- on 05.02.23.But I have not received the previous 78000/- inspite of several reminders to Mr Ajay.He told me to take Debit card no cost emi option of Rs 70000/- ,then only he reverse the total amount of Rs 148000/-.Then I contact to Karma India Holidays Customer care.Then the customer care of karma India Holidays told to take debit card no cost emi of rs 70000/- and then you will reverse the whole 1,48,000/- to me.Then I have agreed to take this.Then debit card emi has been initiated from their end & confirm by their bank guy Mr.Shubham Mishra that 70000/- no cost emi has been created.But this is absolutely fraud.Later I have come to know that a loan of Rs 250000/- has been created & also a flat in Noida is allotted.But I am not aware of flat purchase at all.It is a fake transaction done by you without my knowledge.They confirm me to create no cost emi of rs 70000/- for 24 months,but they make this type of fraud activity and credit loan of 250000/- in my name.
So I want to kindly close the loan account immediately and cancel the flat in my name.Also refund my excess amount to my account immediately with interest.
I have contacted several times to Mr Ajay & Karma ,but they didnot take any initiative to close the fraudulent matter. The address of Karma India Holidays is : Unit No 28, 2rd Floor, Old Railway Rd, near by Chintpuri Mata Mandir, Gurugram, Haryana 122001

We have told you to contact us and withdraw the complaint, we are/were everytime ready to refund the amount, you have ti withdraw your complaint after that only we will process the refund.
Why have you held my money and opened fake loan account.Enough time is given to you to reverse the amount and cancel the fake loan.But your agent Mr Ajay has given so many dates and intentionally delayed the rectifications.That’ s why I compelled to lodge complaint.And how can you tell like that?You have illegally blocked my large amount and you have me condition.
Make necessary rectifications from your end, then instantly I will withdraw the complaints.

1. Ronak and Ajay – In gangtok, Darjeeling and gurugram.
2. Directors Romi and Rakesh in Gurugram.
Ye dono cheez karunga bhi aise time pe when u wil least expect it cos guys, you chose the absolute wrong customer to con.
