I am Suman Kalyan Maiti,Member I’d 100189 with Karma India Holidays by Shooting Star E services Pvt Ltd.I have purchased a plan worth Rs 78000/- on 21.10.2022 from Darjeeling.The agents from their side are Ms Ronak & Mr Ajay.But before few days,Mr Ajay told that,there might be some Gateway problem,So as a discount I have to send 70000/- to Karma holidays & they instantly reverse the previous transaction.A mail id also sent to me.So I had sent Rs 70000/- on 05.02.23.But I have not received the previous 78000/-.Then he told me to take debit card no cost emi of rs 70000/- and then he will reverse the whole 1,48,000/- to me.Then debit card emi had been initiated from your end on 08.02.2023.Later I have come to know that a loan of Rs 250000/- has been created without my knowledge.But I am not aware of the loan at all.It is a fake transaction done by them without my knowledge.Also they have blocked 148000/- rs till now.I have sent a lot of emails,messages to them Cancel the loan and refund my excess amount.But they didnot initiate the refund till now.Ms Ronak’s no is also unavailable after the incident.And Ajay and Karma India Holidays,Shooting Star E services Pvt Ltd are continuing their cheating process.They are targeting many people.
