Dear Team,
I am writing to formally escalate a critical issue regarding a fraudulent loan appearing on my CIBIL report. This loan, with an outstanding balance of over INR 10 lakhs, is attributed to RELARC- Reliance Asset Reconstruction Company Limited 16-01-2008- which I have never applied for, nor received any communication about in the form of official emails, calls, or notifications.
This situation is severely impacting my credit score and causing immense financial distress. As a responsible middle-class person with a home loan, credit cards, and child & parents to support, I rely heavily on maintaining a good credit history. This fraudulent loan threatens my financial stability and ability to secure future loans.
Therefore, I demand the following immediate actions:
• Investigate this matter thoroughly and conclusively. Identify the source of this fraudulent loan and provide a detailed explanation for its presence on my CIBIL report.
• Remove the fraudulent loan from my CIBIL report immediately. This is crucial to rectify the damage caused to my credit score and allow me to maintain financial stability.
• Provide written confirmation of the loan’s removal and ensure it does not reappear. I need clear assurance that this issue will be permanently resolved.
• Failure to address this matter with urgency will leave me no choice but to pursue further legal action to protect my rights and financial well-being. I have attached copies of my CIBIL report and previous communication attempts for your reference.
