Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious discrepancy in my CIBIL report related to a fraudulent loan that appears to have been taken using my PAN card number BHWPK7162B without my knowledge or consent.
Upon reviewing my credit report, I discovered that a loan was recorded in August 2020, which I have never applied for or availed. I believe this is a case of identity theft, and I am deeply concerned about the impact it has had on my credit score and financial reputation.
I kindly request you to:
1. Investigate this fraudulent entry.
