I have taken a loan from cashgain application which has 7 days of term validity. 6th day collection agents were started to call and asked me to pay one day prior, if I didn’t make the payment they will send my edited nude photos to my contact list. That collection agent forcefully given the UPI id and asked me to pay. I paid later he said he will update within 30 minutes but he wasn’t. Later next day again agents started to call me again and again asking for the payment. I asked this person he said like this payment has failed pay again. The 1st payment will be refunded where I was not having money to pay again the same amount. Later he asked me to pay 1000 Rs to him to update the payment. I paid that too but he has not updated the payment. Again the agents started to send vulgar photos of my mopped to nude photos. So I paid that loan and closed. Now I paid that employees 4000Rs and he has not updated the payment nor refunded. I am ready to share the messages and to submit the bank statement. Please do the needful thank you in advance.
