Hello, I request you to please address my grevience

My name is Smit. I am writing this email regarding this fake loan app (EASYMONEY) and Loan Easy and how they tricked and scammed me

I am from Bangalore, India. On Oct 15, 2023 I was in the need of urgent money as i was falling short of some funds to fulfill my basic requirements.

I started looking for loan options and tried with few App. I am not sure exactly through which App but one among few I tried must have partnered with above mentioned app. At night, they disbursed 1 loans for 2000rs and 3 for 2220 That sums up to 8660rs in total. I couldn’t not under why.

Now I received a message on 16th Oct that my loan os overdue. And there was option to install App. After installation of App, i found out they have disbursed the loan amount.

They got all my data, contact, media information. High chances of blackmailing me through my personal data. Serious matter of privacy concerns and identity theft.

I am ready to take legal action if needed.
I have not received any documents and neither have consent to disburse any loan.

I strongly urge to highlight and find a solution
