Skill-Lync online Institute taken a loan from Eduvanz on my name, by creating my fake profile without my permission and without knowing me. initially they told me pay 3emis from your pocket after you get internship and job pay money from that .and also I told I’m interested in course not in loan but they provided without my permission.

Skill-Lync online Institute taken a loan from Eduvanz on my name, by creating my fake profile without my permission. They collected my documents by offering a online course, they asked my documents for course registration and to provide installment option, so I sent that after that they used to send me a link for my installment payment I continuously paid 10 months then after, I missed to pay 1 month installment then after I got a call from Eduvanz by telling Skill-Lync name like I had taken course in Skill-Lync so I need to pay for them Skill-Lync taken loan for my course, then by inquiring I got same replay from Skill-Lync, they harassed me and blackmailed me to pay if not my CIBIL, my career will be effected like that. They promised me that I’ll get high paying Job while enrollment time. So I continued to do course and monthly payment but recently I checked my loan profile where I got to know that Skill-Lync created my fake profile for taking a loan on my name. While enrolling to their course I’m still at my 8th semester of Engineering but they mentioned like I’m working in a company called ‘student’ , and I’m getting salary of ‘1.9 Lakh per year’. I had not signed for any agreement with them they not shared any agreement with me. Where till now they didn’t provided me placement even after completing eligible courses, they just forcing me to complete their full course and wasted my time. From past 4 months I’m asking them to cancel my Loan which they taken by misusing my documents without my permission and also not cancelling the course. Now it was effecting my CIBIL score, they are torturing me to complete course, without keeping their words, without cancelling my fake loan account and course, they wasted my one and half year golden time. I have attached document for your reference. They misused many students documents including me, They ruining youths life where it going to effect India’s future. So please take a action against them as soon as possible before students taking a wrong decision, save the students life.
