I am writing to file a complaint against Shine Airways and an associated academy for a fraudulent job offer and course enrollment scam.
A person named Tushar from Shine Airways contacted me with a job opportunity at the airport. He requested my documents, including my DMC and aviation certificate. I informed him that I did not have the aviation certificate, and he suggested that I enroll in an online course. He chose the cheapest 3-month online course for me and convinced me to join it. The next day, Tushar shared details of two academies with me {Avistha learning} and {IMT academy } , both of which were located in UP. He advised me to join one of them, claiming they were reputable. He told me I have to pay just this month fees next installment I can pay from my JOB .
I selected one academy . And after I submit letterhead of that academy , I was told to wait for 10 to 12 days for verification. However, they made me wait till the next date of installment , only scheduled a telephonic interview with someone named Shubrita and another person named Manisha called me. After the interview, I received an email confirming my shortlisting for a face-to-face interview at the airport the following week.
On the same day, Shakshi from the academy called me, asking me to pay my EMI, mentioning my upcoming interview. It was suspicious how she knew about my interview. Manisha from Shine Airways also called, stating that I needed to submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the academy. When I asked the academy for the NOC, they demanded that I pay my second installment first.
This entire process seemed fraudulent as they were extorting money under the pretext of providing a job. When I confronted the academy about their actions, no one from Shine Airways contacted me again. I also sent emails to Shine Airways, but I received no response.
I believe that Shine Airways and the associated academy are involved in a scam to defraud job seekers. I request your assistance in investigating this matter and taking appropriate action against the perpetrators.
