Text of Complaint by NEHA GARG:

At the dining time, BERCO’S staff from Habitat mall, indrapuram, Ghaziabad told me to order through zomato online app for more discount under their instructions in my mobile & after some time they told me to cancel it because as per their words payment was not received in their accounts & taken the payment through my debit card. Afterwards, I hv check in my mobile app, full amount has been charged as cancellation fees of Rs.1438/- unnecessarily.
