I, a customer bearing I D 1091255024 submit my on line complaint on fraudulent of my monthly charge. My monthly subscription is Rs.387/- . Suddenly my my Sony HD channel stopped and appeared in the screen that give miss call to continue the channel. Now I find that monthly subscription increased from 487/- to 410 . Not understood why this fraudulent in this manner. Kindly clarify and end accordingly.
