Dear Sir ,

I’m Prashant 7 months ago I take connection of airtel fibre in Coimbatore I have not received any bill from past 7 months recently my WIFI is not working and now I get message for pay the bill 1649 , why did I pay the amount ? I take a plan for 499 . in this I observe in bill there is merge of another person connection also this is very bad experience with airtel India I need a proper reason and solution for Airtel provide a fraudulent with customer by providing this type of bill to customer , if I didn’t get any solution then I escalate in higher authority
