Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the services provided by “La Ramada World”. In October of 2020, I attended a meeting organized by the company in Lemontree hotel, Jaipur, where I was promised a package of 10 years, with the benefit of being provided with 7 nights of hotel stay anywhere in the world, every year for 10 years. However, my experience with the company has been nothing short of a nightmare.
Whenever I tried contacting them to book my stay, I was informed that the dates I provided were not available. The response time from the company was also extremely slow, and even if they did agree to provide me with a booking, they would ask for extra money on the account of renewal fee/year maintenance, etc. This is in direct contradiction to the promises made during the meeting where I purchased the package.
I strongly believe that “La Ramada World” is a fraudulent company that has taken away our hard-earned money. The company’s actions are in direct violation of the contract that I signed and the promises made during the meeting. I have lost all faith in this company’s ability to provide the services they promised and have been left feeling cheated and frustrated.
I urge you to take action against “La Ramada World” and hold them accountable for their fraudulent practices. It is essential to protect consumers from companies like this, and I hope that my complaint will be taken seriously and prompt action will be taken against this company.
