I bought Samsung charger from Reliance digital Store Karkhana Secunderabad, Hyderabad on 24 September 2025. After purchase i enquire for Samsung Tablet Cover and Screen Guard. The employee there said yes we can provide and charge is 499. I agree for the same, while he gets these items from outside the store he affix the screen and back cover and charged rs 4999. Firstly he said 5999.00. I asked him is this the amount. Then he called to someone to make me fool and said after discount the amount is rs 4999. I paid him and when i returned the home i search online the same cover is available in 499 and screen is 350 rs only. I asked him to returned the amount. He said sir screen amount cant be refunded as this is affix. He returned 3500 only. I asked him rest money he replied the same. Lastly i asked him screen bill that is rs 1500 and box of the screen cover that is he challenged me for original item.
Sir this the fraudulent has been done with me this store . Am Army Personnel this type of happening is not acceptable with me. You are requested to take strict action against them.
