Sir,
my name is Ajay Singh, I had booked 4 airlines ticket from Travolook booking site on an emergency basis on 23rd May 21, and within an hr it got cancelled saying due to operational issue the ticket got cancelled, when called to customer care they informed us saying your amount will get refunded within 10 working days, but now it’s more than 1 month and still I have not received the amount,
I am calling them every week for my refund and every time same thing sir your money is in process it will get cleared within a week,
When you search on google for cheapest flights this Travolook site will appear on the search engines,
This site should be banned from the Google site as, Google site is too responsible for promoting such fraudulent site,
Request you to pls look into my concern and this site need to be banned don’t know how our government is unknowingly and giving freehand to do money laundering from the customers…
