I did not order any product from either of the shopping sites but today morning itself a delivery boy called me and said I have a purse parcel worth rupees 570 after I took it I opened it was a black shining saree which I did not order at all and neither have any means to order such product the product is sold by fabulous fashion whose address is shown as Surat Gujarat with a pin number of 395006 and GST number 24bhpd5166m1z0. After all the things I called the delivery partner again and aired all my grievances to him upon which he asked me whether I ordered this product from meesho because the same has been listed to him that it has been ordered from that said shopping website however he suggested me to call him the next day so that he can say the same in his office and ask about the matter in depth.
However after searching a lot about it in Google I found out that this tracking ID is provided in a courier website called shadowfax. Now I am very much worried because I gave cash in exchange of this product and I have no idea how to return it or to get refund from it because I did not order any such product neither from any shopping website not from any social media ad platform.
Also when I entered this particular website I found out that the same issue has been raised by many others from around India regarding the same fat about the same seller with the same product that black saree of same GST number.
Again it makes me immense worried as shopping on different apps can leak my personal information such as my residential address or email address or contact number etc my privacy which inter becomes a matter of chance of data absorption for the social media or the online hackers.
I request to the authority or the handlers of this particular website to kindly look into this issue and suggest an effective method to deal with this matter and to let me know whether this seller is authentic or not and also attach the refund link or any such link or website that may help me to get my money back from restoration of this fraudulent activity.
