I purchased a HP Laptop on Wednesday i.e 13 Sept 2023 and it was supposed to be delivered on 14 Sept but the delivery guy was making irrational excuses and denied to give delivery on 14 Sept. Hence he delivered order on 15 Sept but when I opened the order the box didn’t have the order invoice attached and a used up broken laptop of Toshiba was there and nothing else
