Text of Complaint by Souvik Kundu:

I have received an SMS today at 03.05 AM stating:
“Hello!
Thank you for downloading ppu_game from TELESYNC_SOLUTION.
You have been charged Rs. 10
Your balance is Rs. 12.56″
I have no idea what this is! I was asleep at that time and saw the SMS in the morning. Next, I checked my VAS in the VI App and there was no trace of this service in the App.
I called Vi complaint helpline 198 twice but they could only blacklist VZ-ViCMS. However, I want my money back. This has happened with me thrice. Previous two times Vodafone had informed me that I should call to lodge a complaint within 24 hours of deduction to get a refund. This time I did so but did not get the refund yet.
