Dear Sir,
I would like to bring to your kind notice that four fraudulent debits transactions have happened from my PayTM account to Coda Payments during the months of December 2021 and January 2022. I did not initiate any of these payments and I never heard of the name ‘Coda Payments’ before. I request you to help recover the debited amounts back into my PayTM account.
Here are the transaction details:
1) 12-01-2022 Rs.800/- (I have uploaded the transaction image)
2) 07-12-2021 Rs.1600/-
3) 03-12-2021 Rs.800/-
4) 03-12-2021 Rs.1600/-
I am seeing several complaints on very similar fraudulent transactions involving Coda Payments. I request you to investigate the matter and take stringent action against the guilty.
