received a call for a cellphone contract then told will be transfered to confirm banking details and insurance the phone .but received sms for a debit order for an unknown company and nothing regarding a cellphone contract . Called and queried was told will be canceled and no debit will run . however received sms debit went out for R140 phoned again and requested refund was given email address to send bank statement for refund .still no refund or response .contact number goes to operator and then no one speaks .
