One world telecoms called and said they will check if I qualify for a cellphone contract . They asked for my details to check my credit record now a debit order has been added to my account.Ive tried calling and sending an email to cancel they don’t respond.

Hi can someone please assist. These people have been debiting my mother’s account since January, we are not able to get hold of them to ask what is going on. How can we stop them from debiting and refunding my mother’s money back because my mother never applied or received a cell phone/contract?
