Sir , I am Dhanya from Kerala. I had ordered for one item from Jaiminy Creation and paid for it using debit card.The item was not delivered so I called their customer care . they said they would refund the amount please follow the steps provided by them. they sent me a link , I clicked and had to enter my mpin on that which was not visible. But through some software it was visible for them and at the moment 4998 amt was withdrawn from my account.i suddenly cut the call and blocked my account with the help of bank customer care.sir , please help me to get refund of money.
