I received a call and person asked to redeem credit card points which are about to be expired while following the procedure money worth rs 100635.48 got deducted from my credit card even I made a call to the bank immediately it was mentioned unsuccessful at that time but after two days it’s being shown in outstanding. Kindly help. Worried
