I am using Airtel for more than 5 years and I will be recharging for 2 GB per day. Due to some reasons, I recharged for 2 GB for 28 days on 31st January, 2022. Within 14 days, i have recharged for around 50GB with 3 times Rs.118 and Rs.148. When i contacted Customer care, there is no proper support and they are claiming that I have used 6 GB per day which seems anonymous. I haven’t used that much data and i haven’t came across this much data usage in a single day. I am having the data usage of maximum 2.5 GB per day for last 2 years.
I have asked for the Data usage report with the Customer care person but they refused to share it
