On April 7 2023 I signed up for a data entry project with Atlast Tech Systems. The assignment was to fill 370 forms within 5 days of signup. If the task is not completed within the stipulated time or if the accuracy of 90% is not maintained, I am to pay the registration fees of Rs 5750 to the company. I have completed all the forms within the stipulated time. I got a report that all the entries I had submitted are erroneous and now I get an email from Adv. Sagar Sharma, that legal action would be taken against me if I refuse to pay the amount. I have asked the company to provide the audit report highlighting the errors they had found in my entries. The company is not providing me the report. Now they are threatening me through the lawyer that they would file legal case and I would have to pay Rs 100000 to 150000.
