Sir I have registered for online typing jobs on https://ebooksdataentry.com/ website and paid Rs 299 as reistration fee (proof of payment attached). I started typing job immediately after registration and completed some pages on the same day. Next day on wards I am trying to login to the site and not able to. Tried resetting the pw but getting no reply on the email. Tried to contact their chat bot also many times without any reply.

After so many days I could login yesterday in my login page it says account not activated and need to make payment and there was an email address given to raise any complaints.

Tried to send mail two times but the mails returned undelivered.

It is requested that my complaint may please be redressed.
