Sir, a fraudulent transaction of Rs. 1 lacs has been done on my ICICI bank master credit card while renewing Netflix monthly subscription for Rs. 799/-. I got a call from bank to authorize the transaction whether it is correct or not by pressing 1 or 2. I did not authorize and immediately blocked the card thru the bank App and called the customer care about this fraud. ICICI bank customer care case number is SR778154648. I can not see the the transaction details in my credit card account yet. But the customer care confirmed debit of Rs. 100000/-. Kindly log my complaint and do the needful to recover the money.
