I received a call about a policy benefit that I would and was told it would a once off payment since I was only looking for a loan , I tried canceling it the second time they took R97.00 now it has been more than 3 months and they are still taking the same amount I have tried getting in touch with the manager and they said they would get back with since on their side it showed that I had canceled and they requested for my bank statement which I sent . Now they are not responding to my emails I sent an email to Adiel@i-talk.co.za that is their manager nothing has been said about my refund.
