I had purchased home products worth 1628.46 from lotus basket through online platform.
delivery was to be with in 8-10 days.
i have neither received the products nor received any reply to my mails.

I have two order # 2000 and 2024 with lotus mall.Order date is 11 Feb 2021 for Rs 750.
Despite e mail reminder for delivery no answer received.
Request crime branch and cyber police to investigate on urgent basis
