I am definitely not the first or last one. This shoppperszone company has been looting people by giving false advertisement of there product worth 999 and when ordered some fake product which is not even 1% like that product come which is hardly worth Rs 99.
1. They mentioned that they have customer care but those are fake email IDs given, on writing mail to them the mail says this address doesn’t exist.
2. There is no other way to return the product
3. The payment is COD so we cannot even ask money to be blocked from sites. The worst part is the delievery guy doesn’t let u open the parcel and asks money first.
