I had ordered combo pack of dry fruits from VINTAGE DREAMS advertised over youtube by making online payment of Rs 862/- through paytm on 25/05/2023. The payment transaction showed as failed but the amount has been deducted. I had taken up this matter with SBI Customer care but they say that the charge back on SBI not possible as the enquiry result shows that the product is delivered by the party. Till date I have neither received the product nor the refund.
